STUDIO REVAMP

The brief for the this space was the create a modern and more masculine space.  The budget was small, and all the existing furniture had to remain. Space was key factor and storage as my client had a lot of clothes. But I also had to keep the landlord happy, as this is a rental property.  As you can see the original room lacked character, and clearly defined zones, which was important to my client.

The final result, the client and landlord were both happy. We changed the flooring and gave the place a fresh coat of paint.  The layout of the furniture makes better use of the space.  The space feels brighter and more spacious considering we added more storage.
